What you will do

• Conduct and review trademark searches and provide strategic risk analyses.
• Advise clients on the strength and registrability of their marks.
• File high-volume trademark applications at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
• Respond to USPTO Office actions and assist senior attorneys with caseloads.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide regular consultations to small business clients over the phone and online.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and a license to practice in good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Experience in U.S. trademark prosecution, clearance searching, and opinions.
• Experience interacting with USPTO examining attorneys.
• Ability to translate complex legal principles for small business owners and start-ups.
• Superb oral and written communication skills for remote client interaction.
