What you will do

• Lead and manage commercial contracting legal workflows and the commercial legal team in North America.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements including SaaS licensing, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide strategic counsel to cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Technology, and Strategy.
• Advise on legal, regulatory, and privacy implications for new product designs and features.
• Manage external counsel and resolve disputes or pre-litigation claims.
• Drive operational efficiency by implementing AI and legal technologies within the legal department.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active state bar license (Georgia preferred).
• 10+ years of legal experience in commercial contracts, including in-house experience at a global technology company.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and international laws and regulations.
• Proven track record in negotiating complex technology, product, and IP contracts.
• Native-level English proficiency.
