What you will do

• Execute high-volume contracting, including drafting and negotiating vendor agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and DPAs.
• Maximize the legal tech stack by implementing AI-based workflows using Evisort and Google Gemini.
• Build scalable contracting infrastructure, documentation, and training programs to drive operational excellence.
• Act as the primary legal partner for Procurement, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
• Manage corporate records, entity filings, and coordinate Board of Director and committee meetings.
• Assist with stock plan administration and internal governance to ensure public-company level rigor.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of contracts management experience within a SaaS or B2B technology company.
• Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools such as Evisort or Ironclad.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working directly with vendor counsel.
• Proven experience managing corporate records and entity filings.
• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certificate is preferred.
• Must be located within the United States.
