Salary: $23.00 - $24.50 per hour

What you will do

• Handle high-volume inbound interactions via phone, chat, and email with small business owners.
• Guide customers through onboarding milestones to ensure they reach their first payroll run.
• Proactively position plan upgrades and identify cross-sell opportunities for health insurance and 401(k).
• Utilize AI-powered workflows daily to optimize sales processes and provide feedback for tool improvement.
• Develop deep product expertise to provide consultative solutions tailored to business needs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume sales or customer service with a focus on quotas or KPIs.
• Proven day-to-day experience integrating AI into workflows (writing, research, prep, and summarization).
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat.
• Genuine commitment to empathy and ethical business practices.
• Ability to work from the Denver office 2-3 days per week if based in that location.
