What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective agencies, guiding them through the appointment pipeline.
• Manage the onboarding process, including training on underwriting guidelines and documentation.
• Support agents in navigating the platform and provide recommendations for improved adoption.
• Track agency activation metrics and share insights to improve retention and onboarding.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, product, and marketing teams to advocate for agency feedback.
• Cross-train on agency success workflows to build a foundation for career growth in sales operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client services, or sales support.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, HubSpot, and DocuSign.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or MGA space, specifically commercial auto.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Exposure to SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools.
