Salary: $182,000–$242,000

What you will do
- Lead and scale the global Recruiting Programs & Operations function, overseeing systems, analytics, and recruiter enablement.
- Drive an AI-first recruiting strategy by deploying and optimizing tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and agentic sourcing platforms.
- Build and operationalize automated workflows across the hiring lifecycle to shift recruiter focus from administrative tasks to strategic advisory.
- Architect the recruiting tech roadmap and data layer, including dashboards and predictive analytics for pipeline health.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and People Ops to ensure compliance with global hiring regulations and emerging AI-in-hiring frameworks.
- Oversee employer brand strategy to position the company effectively in priority technical markets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
- Demonstrated track record of deploying AI and automation into production recruiting workflows.
- Deep expertise in modern recruiting infrastructure including ATS and CRM systems.
- Strong program management skills with experience in interviewer enablement, internal mobility, and vendor management.
- Strong data orientation with the ability to translate metrics into executive-level narratives.
Nice to have
- Experience in hyperscaler, AI, or cloud infrastructure environments.
- Strong opinions on the future of AI tooling in the talent space.
