TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid work environment with remote options for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office.

Salary: $182,000–$242,000

What you will do

  • Own the global People Operations strategy, translating hypergrowth business needs into centralized, compliant, and automated workflows.
  • Build and lead the Global People Operations function, defining team structure and hiring top talent.
  • Manage Workday end-to-end, including data integrity, process design, and governance.
  • Establish durable compliance foundations, including SOX-related People processes and controls.
  • Drive workflow automation and leverage AI to improve speed to resolution and employee experience.
  • Oversee contingent workforce management operations and associated reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. export regulations.
  • Proven experience building and scaling global People Operations in a high-growth company.
  • Demonstrated ownership of HRIS strategy, specifically Workday governance and data integrity.
  • Strong operating judgment in SOX-relevant environments or similar control maturity.
  • Track record of driving automation and process improvements that reduce manual work.
  • Experience designing service delivery models and operating cadences that scale.
