What you will do

• Deliver global influencer marketing strategy across performance, brand, and fan engagement objectives.
• Build a central operating model with frameworks and toolkits to empower regional teams.
• Standardize best practices for creator selection, contracting, briefing, and measurement.
• Lead global activations for key rights, partnerships, and major brand moments.
• Manage a central creator CRM and platform ecosystem for reporting and visibility.
• Lead influencer marketing budget planning and manage a high-impact central team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading global or central influencer marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to scale influence programs across multiple geographies.
• Deep knowledge of platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch) and tools like CreatorIQ, Traackr, or Upfluence.
• Track record of successful campaigns with influencers, athletes, or public figures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across legal, commercial, and communications teams.
• Passion for sport and digital culture.
