Location: Hybrid in London, UK (2-3 days in office, Tuesday and Thursday are anchor days)

What you will do

• Define the social vision and strategic direction for global brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Substack.
• Build social ecosystems designed for participation, conversation, and community rather than just reach.
• Identify cultural moments and internet trends to ensure brands show up authentically and with precision.
• Lead senior client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic voice for social and creator marketing.
• Build and lead a high-performing social team, directly managing the Social Media Manager.
• Partner with Strategy, Community, Measurement, and Studios teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in social media management, social strategy, or content strategy.
• Significant experience leading major brands within an agency or fast-moving creative environment.
• Deep expertise in internet culture, creator behavior, and platform-native storytelling.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-growth environments.
• Commercial acumen for leading pitches, shaping scopes, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
