What you will do

• Support the execution and growth of the global ambassador programme.
• Coordinate influencer outreach, manage communications, and maintain relationships with creators.
• Manage campaign timelines, content deliverables, and approvals across multiple initiatives.
• Source and monitor emerging creators, viral trends, and culturally relevant opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Support administrative tasks including invoices, contracts, and creator documentation.

Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and creator culture.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and digital culture.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and social media management tools.
