What you will do

• Lead end-to-end campaign strategy development, including audience profiling and creator casting logic.
• Craft compelling platform-native concepts and high-quality briefs for clients and creators.
• Define measurement frameworks and interpret first-party and platform data to optimize performance.
• Conduct cultural listening and trend forecasting specifically within the beauty category.
• Act as a strategic lead for a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, presenting recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy, planning, or branded content, ideally in the creator or beauty space.
• Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube culture and content formats.
• Proven experience implementing AI tools into professional workflows.
• Ability to translate performance metrics and audience data into actionable narratives.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with a strong client-facing presence.
