Location: Hybrid, 3 office days in London required.

What you will do

• Support the organic social media team in the running of hirify.global’s global social media footprint (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, FB).
• Own content research, content ideation and content creation.
• Own areas of social media reporting, using third-party reporting tools to support in the tracking of channel and campaign performance across social.
• Draft engaging social media copy to support channels and campaigns.
• Engage with the community, taking an active role in social monitoring and customer communications via social, with the support of the wider social & customer teams.
• Research and report on competitive trends in social media marketing.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience working in social media/digital marketing with a strong understanding of social platforms and what good organic content looks like.
• Examples of creative, engaging and successful social media content for campaigns, with proven results.
• Proven ability to write compelling, engaging short form social copy for brand social channels.
• An understanding of social media reporting, reporting tools, the metrics that matter, and how to analyse them.
• Ability to work independently toward deadlines, juggling multiple tasks, and reporting results to line manager.
• Working knowledge of editing software such as Premiere and Photoshop, for social content.
• Fluency in English.
• Undergraduate degree or other professional qualification.
• Passion for cinema, especially independent, international and classic films.
