What you will do
- Develop and execute the organic social media strategy aligned with business, brand, and customer objectives.
- Own and evolve content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create platform-native content to strengthen customer connection and keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Lead the planning and delivery of the social content calendar, integrating it with commercial priorities.
- Use data and performance metrics to continuously optimize channel reach and audience engagement.
- Lead and coach the social media team while managing relationships with creative and PR agencies.
Requirements
- Significant experience developing and leading organic social media strategy in retail, consumer, or agency environments.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing content and driving measurable audience growth.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, creator partnerships, and evolving digital culture.
- Experience leading and developing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Yeovil, UK for hybrid work.
