TL;DR

Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Own audience growth strategy and KPIs for YouTube, podcasting, and social media platforms.
  • Develop platform-specific growth strategies leveraging algorithmic opportunities and creator trends.
  • Champion a distinct, authoritative, and entertaining off-platform voice for the brand.
  • Build and manage a creator ecosystem, identifying talent and developing partnership models.
  • Manage the P&L for social handles and creator channels, including budgets and ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of growth leads and social media managers.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in digital media.
  • Proven track record of scaling social media and YouTube audiences at significant scale.
  • Deep fluency in YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and podcast platforms.
  • Experience managing creator relationships and talent-driven content.
  • Comfort owning a P&L and making budget decisions.
  • Must be based in the US or UK.
