What you will do

• Lead the collection, validation, and delivery of M&A and proxy contest data across global markets.
• Oversee critical transaction data, including deal terms, valuation metrics, and ownership structures.
• Ensure event data is accurate, timely, standardized, and audit-ready across all platforms.
• Establish and maintain quality controls, validation processes, and exception management.
• Drive automation and operational scalability for complex event coverage.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Client Service teams to enhance data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in proxy voting, M&A data, corporate governance, or financial market data services.
• Strong understanding of mergers & acquisitions, proxy contests, and shareholder activism.
• Experience managing complex data operations and quality control frameworks.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the US (implied by regional compliance and location data).
