Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $126,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the claims operating model and day-to-day enablement across the entire lifecycle, from intake to closure.
- Manage carrier partner reporting and the production of accurate, timely claims bordereaux (BDX).
- Lead the implementation and governance of global loss funds and claims payment enablement.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to automate manual processes and implement Gen-AI use cases.
- Establish operational controls and maintain audit readiness for regulatory and internal compliance.
- Directly lead, manage, and develop a team of Claims Operations Associates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in claims operations, shared services, or claims transformation within P&C insurance or MGA/TPA environment.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with modern claims management systems and optimizing proprietary internal tools.
- Strong program management skills and experience governing external stakeholders (carriers, TPAs, vendors).
- Deep understanding of claims data, financial flows, and bordereaux reporting.
- Must be based in the United States.
