What you will do

• Lead the reengineering program portfolio, including intake, prioritization, and roadmap management.
• Conduct structured discovery and current state analysis using value stream and process mapping.
• Embed control requirements into process redesign to ensure auditability and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with technology teams to implement automation, low-code workflows, and decision support tools.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions and governance routines to drive adoption and implementation.
• Develop and coach a team of process analysts and transformation resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Expertise in end-to-end process design, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in benefits modeling and performance measurement.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and capable of working in Atlanta or Dallas.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or CBPP.
• Experience with platforms like UiPath, ServiceNow, or QPR.
• Background in insurance, financial services, or regulated operations.
