Salary: $184,500 - $225,500 CAD

What you will do
- Partner with the VP of Operations to identify and execute high-impact operational opportunities.
- Lead the BizOps function across CX Ops, Product Ops, and Risk Ops, including direct management of operational leads.
- Build and optimize operating cadences, KPI structures, and accountability systems across functions.
- Design and deploy AI workflows and agent-driven processes using Claude and the existing tech stack.
- Own the quarterly BizOps roadmap and ensure senior stakeholder alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Improve north star metrics including CSAT, ticket volume, and one-touch resolution.
Requirements
- Experience leading BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or similar functions in a scale-up environment.
- Hands-on experience designing AI workflows and automations that improve business outcomes.
- Data fluency with the ability to define KPIs, assess data quality, and prioritize based on trends.
- Strong systems thinking to connect people, process, tooling, and data into scalable workflows.
- Experience managing teams as a player-coach.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build playbooks in a zero-to-one environment.
