Finance Business Systems Analyst (Oracle Cloud)

What you will do

• Connect finance business needs with system requirements for BAU support and project change delivery.
• Conduct Oracle impact analysis and oversee change deployment according to release schedules.
• Run monthly and annual business-critical finance systems activities and provide BAU support to financial control, reporting, and FP&A teams.
• Develop and enhance performance, processes, and controls across finance business applications.
• Maintain documentation for Oracle support initiatives and change requests.
• Contribute finance systems expertise to wider change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions and associated applications.
• Experience with finance functions, financial processes, and accounting principles.
• Experience using the Power BI suite for analysis and reporting across large datasets.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and control-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain effective relationships with Finance, IT, project teams, stakeholders, and external consultants.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS).
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), or Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS).
