What you will do

• Build, lead, and motivate a team through goal setting, coaching, and consistent feedback.
• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle in partnership with Human Resources.
• Ensure studio procedures and visual directives are followed to maximize profit and manage expenses.
• Lead the team in creating floorplans, design presentations, and conducting home visits.
• Develop growth strategies and share business insights with the Regional Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management (preferred).
• Demonstrated design skills and a passion for the design profession.
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and the ability to manage budgetary responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and 3-D rendering programs.
• Able to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds.
