What you will do

• Manage branch P&L and ensure monthly budgetary goals are met.
• Supervise department managers and superintendents, providing direction and training.
• Lead the company safety program and ensure compliance with industry codes.
• Drive customer retention programs and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Oversee employee performance processes for both union and non-union staff.
• Coordinate with regional teams on operations, sales, accounting, and HR matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Thorough knowledge of general management methods in the elevator or related industries.
• Proven success in managing and developing talent within a workforce.
• Strong ability to interpret technical instructions and analyze complex data.
• Understanding of employment and labor laws, including union contract management.
