What you will do

• Cultivate and maintain strong multi-level relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands.
• Develop and execute strategic visions for credit card programs aligned with partner business objectives.
• Implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition and maximize existing cardholder value.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with internal product, risk, compliance, and finance teams to ensure program success.
• Analyze market trends and program performance to identify growth opportunities and product enhancements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant program management, operations, and marketing experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to manage P&Ls and leverage data to inform decision-making.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
