What you will do

• Lead team members across rotating departments to ensure operational consistency and high performance.
• Provide an exceptional experience to guests, residents, and partners as a subject-matter expert.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment by driving accountability for established policies.
• Manage flexible shifts, including evenings, overnights, and weekends, to oversee all business nuances.
• Collaborate with General Managers to train and re-invent operational and financial processes.
• Support hiring, engagement, and retention initiatives to build a top-tier property team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, hospitality, or commensurate professional experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to any property in the portfolio within a 30-day notice period.
• Full availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional stakeholder collaboration.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
