What you will do

• Lead day-to-day campus operations and hospitality execution across reception, member spaces, and facilities.
• Manage and develop operational and hourly staff, including scheduling and coaching.
• Oversee café/bar service standards and overall operational performance.
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and campus readiness to ensure high standards.
• Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational systems to increase efficiency.
• Partner with Community, Events, Studio & Production, and Membership teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Brooklyn, NY.
• 5+ years of experience leading hospitality, operations, or multi-department teams.
• Experience in high-end hospitality, coworking, member clubs, boutique hotels, or creative environments.
• Strong operational instincts, organizational skills, and experience managing vendors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
