What you will do

• Lead daily and long-term team activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.
• Oversee financial performance, including annual operating budgets, capital plans, and monthly reporting.
• Manage tenant relations, including move-ins, move-outs, and prompt resolution of building technical issues.
• Direct procurement and vendor management to ensure contract compliance and optimal service delivery.
• Coordinate lease administration activities and ensure accurate financial reporting for property owners.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance, alterations, and emergency response planning.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work 100% in-office in Berkeley, CA
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant commercial property management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
