Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment (HR): Leading professional and executive-level searches across North America with an accent on strategic talent advisory, market mapping, and building robust candidate pipelines. Location: Must be based in New York, NY, USA. The role follows a hybrid work policy allowing up to 50% remote work.

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive-level roles (Director and above) across multiple functions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing talent insights and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network and proactive candidate pipelines for business-critical roles.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and leverage data to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Represent the company as a trusted professional within the senior executive community.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure effective succession management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sourcing and recruiting talent, including executive-level roles.
  • Experience in both in-house and agency recruitment environments.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing, market mapping, and candidate assessment.
  • Broad knowledge of executive compensation strategies and industry benchmarks.
  • Strong organizational agility with experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a data-driven approach.
