What you will do

• Lead, develop, and mentor Performance Directors and paid media specialists.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex client challenges.
• Improve internal systems, processes, and overall service quality across delivery.
• Support commercial growth initiatives, pitches, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive digital marketing leadership experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong technical expertise in both paid social and paid search.
• Essential experience within the Retail and Ecommerce sectors.
• Proven success in scaling and motivating large specialist teams.
• Confidence in influencing founders, C-suite, and senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid office model.
