What you will do

• Drive user acquisition for specific product categories through targeted campaigns and events.
• Build and manage a roster of influencers and creators as a core performance channel.
• Develop high-performing content for paid ads in partnership with the creative team.
• Plan and execute digital and in-person events to boost supply and demand metrics.
• Analyze marketing effectiveness to refine strategies and scale EU-wide playbooks.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in consumer or category marketing within high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing as a performance channel.
• Experience planning and executing both digital and in-person events.
• Fluent in English required; additional European languages are a strong plus.
• Must live within commuting distance of London, UK or Berlin, Germany.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to own end-to-end campaigns and track KPIs.

• SQL knowledge for data analysis.
• Fluency in additional European languages (French, German, Dutch, etc.).
