What you will do

• Own the UK acquisition strategy across the full funnel to meet commercial targets.
• Lead the conversion-led creative strategy and manage external agency relationships.
• Manage the UK DTC new customer forecast and monthly performance budget allocation.
• Identify and scale new local channels and partnerships for incremental growth.
• Use BI tools and data science insights to analyze channel effectiveness and incrementality.
• Manage and develop direct reports, including a Creative Strategist and Partnerships Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing and scaling DTC businesses.
• Ability to define and execute monthly and quarterly acquisition and efficiency targets.
• Experience managing performance budgets and optimizing budget allocation.
• Skill in bridging communication between local brand teams and global growth teams.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
