What you will do

• Manage Paid Social as a core acquisition channel across Meta and TikTok.
• Execute and optimize campaigns using DV360 for Display and Programmatic channels.
• Monitor daily performance against CPA, CPL, and ROAS goals to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead structured creative and audience testing in collaboration with brand and creative teams.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports to translate data into actionable media insights.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing Paid Social campaigns independently.
• Experience with Display/Programmatic platforms (DV360 or other DSPs).
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, CM360, and MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer).
• Must be based in London to fulfill hybrid office requirements.
