What you will do

• Launch and manage emerging digital and offline acquisition channels for the European market.
• Build and execute structured testing roadmaps to validate channel fit and incremental impact.
• Run full-funnel tests covering creative development, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
• Formalize early-stage channels into scalable, repeatable playbooks for broader adoption.
• Monitor day-to-day performance, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and payback goals.
• Collaborate with creative, data, and finance teams to track and report campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on self-serve ad platforms with significant budgets.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and key marketing metrics to drive outcomes.
• Experience creating and iterating on high-performing creative assets across diverse cultures.
• Builder mentality capable of driving end-to-end experimentation in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in or within commuting distance of London, UK
