What you will do
- Establish governance frameworks and standards to ensure technology investments have clear business cases and expected returns.
- Manage the integrated cross-portfolio view of technology commitments, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, including organizational readiness for agentic AI and advanced automation.
- Design and operate the technology organization's operating rhythm, including portfolio reviews and escalation forums.
- Implement structured change management to ensure organizational and technology changes are adopted effectively.
- Deliver transparent portfolio reporting on progress and risks for executive and Board-level leadership.
Requirements
- 15+ years in technology program management or transformation leadership, including 7+ years in senior leadership.
- Experience within global Fintech, Financial Services, or enterprise technology organizations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-quarter, cross-functional technology transformations.
- Deep expertise in portfolio management, sequencing, and resolving cross-team dependency conflicts.
- Strong financial literacy, including technology investment modeling, ROI, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in a technology or business discipline.
- Program or portfolio management certifications like PgMP, PMP, or SAFe.
- Change management certifications such as Prosci ADKAR or CCMP.
