What you will do

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across all business functions and partner with leaders to drive adoption.
• Design and implement scalable AI-powered workflows, coaching teams to build internal capabilities.
• Own the adoption of Claude and manage a shared library of prompts, skills, and best practices.
• Develop and execute the overall AI strategy, turning business needs into practical initiatives.
• Ensure safe and ethical AI scaling in partnership with Security and compliance leaders.
• Define and report on productivity metrics, time saved, and overall ROI of AI tooling.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in AI enablement, operations, transformation, or high-growth tech environments.
• Deep practical fluency with AI tools and expertise in structured prompt engineering.
• Proven track record of change leadership and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to diagnose problems and measure outcomes.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams as a program manager with limited oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI or data tooling such as Omni or Looker, specifically for AI-assisted querying.
