What you will do

• Manage the firm-wide project portfolio with full lifecycle governance, from business case intake to ROI tracking.
• Act as the portfolio gatekeeper, ensuring all initiatives have clear success criteria and measurable value milestones.
• Align priorities with business strategy, risk appetite, and resource capacity constraints.
• Champion the integration of AI, automation, and agentic workflows into project management and reporting.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across technology, trading, risk, and operations.
• Lead and develop a team of program managers, enhancing their capabilities in AI-enabled delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, or strategy execution.
• Experience in financial services, trading, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex global portfolios and delivering business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in project/program management frameworks, tools, and governance.
• AI-savviness and the ability to leverage data and automation for operational excellence.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications.
