What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end cross-functional transformation initiatives from intake through implementation, stabilization, and optimization.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to drive alignment and execution.
• Identify and mitigate execution risks and dependencies with clear recommendations and options.
• Partner with platform teams to assess service model impacts, operational readiness, and workflow changes.
• Manage transition planning for operating model redesign and platform modernization efforts.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading transformation or change initiatives in complex organizations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in Wealth Management, broker-dealer operations, or clearing and custody service models.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives or managing multiple workstreams end-to-end.
• Working knowledge of clearing/custody platforms such as NetX360+, Apex, or Wealthscape.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience leading clearing conversions or custodian transitions.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
• Experience using AI tools to support requirements development and project deliverables.
