Salary: $171,300 - $214,120 USD

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end cross-functional transformation initiatives from intake through implementation, stabilization, and optimization.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to drive alignment and execution.
- Identify and mitigate execution risks and dependencies with clear recommendations and options.
- Partner with platform teams to assess service model impacts, operational readiness, and workflow changes.
- Manage transition planning for operating model redesign and platform modernization efforts.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience leading transformation or change initiatives in complex organizations.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience in Wealth Management, broker-dealer operations, or clearing and custody service models.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives or managing multiple workstreams end-to-end.
- Working knowledge of clearing/custody platforms such as NetX360+, Apex, or Wealthscape.
- Ability to influence across functions without direct authority in regulated environments.
Nice to have
- Experience leading clearing conversions or custodian transitions.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
- Experience using AI tools to support requirements development and project deliverables.
