What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning product launches, platform modernization, and strategic infrastructure initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define roadmaps, sequence priorities, and manage technical trade-offs.
• Coordinate execution across multiple engineering squads to align dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives involving system migrations, process redesign, and automation.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver resilient solutions.
• Mentor TPMs and strengthen Agile delivery practices, CI/CD processes, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in agile, high-growth environments.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
• Strong technical acumen in mobile ecosystems, data pipelines, APIs, and platform infrastructure.
• Proven track record of bringing products or platforms from concept through launch.
• Ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Fintech experience in banking, payments, lending, or credit products.
• Familiarity with GCP, Snowflake, Looker, FullStory, or LaunchDarkly.
• Agile, SAFe, or Project Management certifications.
