• Hands-on expertise in managing paid acquisition channels and marketing budgets.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling experimentation programs with measurable business impact.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, scaling environments with significant autonomy.
