What you will do

  • Act as the strategic lead and senior client partner for a portfolio of up to five ecommerce accounts.
  • Develop and execute high-performing marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor Paid Media Team Leads and specialists to enhance their growth and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to optimize campaign outcomes and integrate services.
  • Support agency growth by contributing to pitches, case studies, and new service development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading client portfolios within performance marketing, specifically in Paid Social and/or Paid Search.
  • Experience working with Ecommerce and Retail brands.
  • Deep knowledge of optimization tactics for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Confidence in managing senior stakeholders and handling commercial conversations.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
