What you will do

• Take ultimate responsibility for digital output and client-facing deliverables across a diverse portfolio.
• Act as the central senior contact for accounts, engaging with Director-level stakeholders.
• Integrate paid social, search, and programmatic channels into coherent, audience-led strategies.
• Manage and mentor a blended team of onshore and offshore delivery resources.
• Drive operational efficiency by refining briefing, planning, and finance processes.
• Contribute to new business pitches and the development of the agency's digital product roadmap.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Strong primary specialism in Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with proven cross-channel experience.
• Demonstrable experience in Paid Search or Programmatic at a strategic advisory level.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-workstream accounts and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing onshore and offshore teams.
• Ability to navigate regulated or compliance-sensitive environments with strict governance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, luxury, or technology sectors.
• Multi-market EMEA campaign experience.
• Knowledge of offshore operating models and best-practice workflow management.
