What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze daily KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and pixels.
- Build detailed performance reports highlighting insights and optimization actions.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK.
- Proven experience in digital advertising operations or performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and campaign dashboards.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and pixel setup.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth startup or digital-first company.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or affiliate networks.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Braze.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
