What you will do
- Take full ownership of campaign delivery quality, setup, and optimization across a multi-client portfolio.
- Serve as the primary senior contact for clients, engaging at Director level and above.
- Coordinate and oversee onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure consistent output.
- Manage financial processes, including PO tracking, invoicing, and budget reconciliation.
- Develop audience strategies and integrate activity across Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic channels.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and deliver regular reporting cycles.
Requirements
- Strong primary specialism in Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
- Proven experience in Paid Search (Google Ads, SA360) or Programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships at the Director level.
- Ability to work within regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
- Must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work there.
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams and junior staff.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or B2B technology marketing.
- Multi-market EMEA campaign experience.
- Familiarity with workflow management tools like Wrike.
- Additional language skills.
