Salary: £47,808 - £62,369 per year

What you will do
- Run Meta campaigns end-to-end in-house, covering setup, audience strategy, creative testing, and optimization.
- Manage annual paid budgets of £500k–£1.5m across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Optimize acquisition efforts based on revenue, LTV, and payback period rather than vanity metrics.
- Own the day-to-day relationship with the agency partner for strategy and creative production.
- Build and test high-converting landing pages to improve the journey from ad click to card application.
- Deliver weekly performance reporting on CAC, ROAS, and activation rates for leadership.
Requirements
- Expert-level, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of running campaigns on TikTok and Google Ads.
- Experience managing budgets of £500k+ and optimizing for LTV and payback periods.
- Experience with app-first growth, MMPs, and attribution tools (Singular).
- In-house brand-side experience; candidates with only agency experience will not be considered.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Hoxton office 3+ days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing regulated financial products, particularly credit cards or lending.
- Direct experience owning agency relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM or lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing for creatives and landing pages.
