What you will do

• Plan and optimize multi-stop truckloads to maximize capacity and align with customer needs.
• Coordinate load tendering, shipment execution, and day-to-day operational communication.
• Track shipments proactively and resolve service issues to maintain high service levels.
• Source and secure transportation capacity via carrier networks and brokerage partners.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with carriers to support profitability objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations and manage logistics documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or brokerage operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for building internal and external relationships.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with load planning, dispatching, or carrier management.
• Knowledge of TL, PTL, or LTL freight operations.
• Familiarity with TMS, load boards, and carrier portals.
