What you will do

• Process consumer and business applications via the online account opening platform for various deposit products.
• Determine application approval or denial based on bank policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure compliance with KYC/CIP and fraud prevention standards.
• Provide support to customers and internal team members via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and recommend improvements to digital processes to enhance customer experience and channel adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades, testing, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of banking experience.
• Must be based in FL, GA, AL, VA, SC, NC, TX, or CO.
• Understanding of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Proficiency in Windows-based PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
