What you will do

• Perform primary reviews of premium audits including Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability.
• Determine if audits meet Afirm QC, state-specific, and client-specific requirements.
• Validate time charges against audit details and explanations.
• Manage the inventory of audits to ensure timely review completion.
• Provide technical support and clear feedback to auditors to improve quality.
• Meet established production requirements and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive knowledge of manual rules including Basic Manual and Commercial Lines Manual.
• Thorough experience using PAAS (Codes, Bulletins, Chart of State Exceptions).
• Proficiency in Workers Compensation and General Liability audits.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for error identification and resolution.
