What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and events in collaboration with the CEO and agencies.
• Own the daily management of the marketing stack (Clay, HubSpot, Chili Piper), ensuring data hygiene and accurate setup.
• Build and update landing pages, lead forms, and workflows to support lead capture efforts.
• Deploy segmented email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and lifecycle flows.
• Run growth experiments across the funnel and optimize the company's AI strategy to drive results.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, such as CTR and conversion rates, to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or marketing operations (ecommerce SaaS experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with ABM tools, HubSpot, Clay, and Claude Code.
• Experience with paid media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, CRO, and events.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong project management skills and an analytical mindset for performance dashboarding.
