What you will do

• Define and execute an integrated marketing strategy with a strong focus on enterprise B2B growth.
• Build, restructure, and scale a globally distributed marketing organization.
• Establish rigorous performance management across demand generation, pipeline, and ROI.
• Develop and scale a high-performing B2B demand engine including ABM and field marketing.
• Lead product marketing and positioning to create differentiated narratives for AI labs and enterprises.
• Partner with sales to strengthen enablement and land-and-expand motions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading and scaling marketing in high-growth tech or scale-up environments.
• Proven ownership of a full-stack B2B marketing function.
• Experience operating in enterprise B2B environments with complex or technical products.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset focused on pipeline and revenue growth.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in fast-moving environments.
• Exposure to AI, developer, or data-driven ecosystems is strongly preferred.
