HR Generalist (HR Operations): Managing nuanced employee lifecycle services and providing advanced coaching to managers within a tiered support model with an accent on case coordination and HR process optimization. Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in one of the 50 United States

What you will do
- Provide advanced manager coaching and project support for annual reviews, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to execute people and talent strategies and organizational health efforts.
- Own the intake, triage, and resolution of routine but nuanced HRBP-level work requiring high HR fluency.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of tasks including custom HR reporting, analytics, and performance plan logistics.
- Log and track all work in ServiceNow to identify patterns and develop clear SOPs for lower-tier support.
- Coordinate with COEs, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits teams to ensure seamless end-to-end case resolution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience in HR shared services, employee service centers, or HR operations (typically 1-4+ years).
- Demonstrated experience in at least two domains: performance management, annual reviews, HR analytics, or TA support.
- Proficiency with Workday (or similar HRIS) and ServiceNow (or similar case management tools).
- Ability to triage and route work based on complexity, risk, and business context.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating manager guidance and playbooks.
Nice to have
- Experience working closely with HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams.
- Prior experience in a tiered HR support model (Tier 1/2/3) with focus on SLAs and escalation accuracy.
- Comfort iterating on SOPs and triage rules based on data-driven case analysis.
- Experience supporting organizational changes, re-leveling, or job profile creation.
