Salary: $134,000 - $154,000 annually

What you will do

• Support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration.
• Partner with HRBPs and the People team on business partnering, benefits, and employee relations.
• Manage and improve core people operations processes, documentation, and HR systems hygiene.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders in payroll, finance, and legal.
• Assist with immigration-related processes and documentation.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable HR practices to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Broad experience across people operations, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
• Proficiency with immigration support processes.
• Strong operational skills and experience with HR systems.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (4 days/week) in Mountain View or San Francisco.
