Salary: $66,630 - $93,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage HRIS transactions throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
• Administer company benefits programs and support annual compliance training rollouts.
• Assist in performance review cycles, including progress monitoring and reporting.
• Provide timely responses to employee inquiries via email and Slack.
• Support payroll processing by verifying data accuracy and internal compliance.
• Maintain process documentation and update HR content on the company intranet.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR Operations experience with hands-on HRIS work.
• Must be based in Colorado, North Carolina, Utah, or San Francisco, California.
• Experience working in a fast-paced tech company environment.
• Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
